Inspire Awards
The Inspire Awards are a monthly staff award to recognise and reward those staff who consistently demonstrate our values, every day, with every person. Only individuals that are HPFT staff can be nominated for an Inspire Award. Winners are invited to attend an informal presentation with the Chief Executive and members of the Executive Team where they are presented with a certificate, badge, £50 voucher and have a small buffet lunch.
The monthly Inspire Awards are to recognise individuals, not teams or multiple individuals. Each individual needs to be nominated on a separate form and the supporting statement unique. Whilst staff may work on the same project or experience the same problems, each brings their own qualities to overcome these, so please make sure they are personalised and focused around the values.
For your nomination to have the best chance, consider including the following elements:
- Specific examples that show how an individual consistently demonstrates each of our values and behaviours
- The impact the individual has made by demonstrating these values and behaviours
- Specific examples of how the individual has gone above and beyond.
Nominations are welcomed from line managers, colleagues and service users.
