Nominations for this award are made by HPFT staff.
Candidates are new members of staff who have been working with the Trust for up to two years.
During this early stage in their career with HPFT, candidates should have shown early promise and exceptional achievement as well as effectively demonstrating their commitment to the Trust both its ethos and values.
The winners from each month in the Inspire Awards are put forward to the Annual Chairs Inspire Award.
In the monthly Inspire Awards you have the option of supporting your entry by uploading an image, a movie, a document or supplying a relevant website URL.
