Nominations for this award are made by service users, carers, their families and staff.
Candidates are individuals working at any level. Whether a member our frontline staff or someone working in a back office.
The main criteria is that this individual must have made an exceptional contribution, delivering outstanding care, acting as an inspiration to their colleagues and demonstrating the Trust’s values in all they do.
The winners from each month in the Inspire Awards are put forward to the Annual Chairs Inspire Award.
In the monthly Inspire Awards you have the option of supporting your entry by uploading an image, a movie, a document or supplying a relevant website URL.
