Nominations for this award are made by HPFT staff.
Candidates for this award could be working at any level of management in the Trust.
They should be leaders who have really inspired, empowered, supported and motivated their teams to improve both how they work together and the service they deliver.
The winners from each month in the Inspire Awards are put forward to the Annual Chairs Inspire Award.
In the monthly Inspire Awards you have the option of supporting your entry by uploading an image, a movie, a document or supplying a relevant website URL.
