Media Requirements

Nominations for this award are made by service users, carers, their families and staff.

Candidates can be either a team or an individual.

The candidate(s) need to have gone out of their way to improve the customer experience, demonstrating the Trust’s values of: Welcoming, Kind, Positive, Respectful and Professional, in the delivery of high quality, effective and outstanding care.

(The term ‘customer’ refers to service users, carers or corporate teams providing services to frontline or clinical staff).
